Premier Travel Inn, Guildford - Front & Rear Elevation Rebuild
Description
Cracked brickwork was discovered in the arch detail of the front and rear elevation of the building. Ellis Building was called in to assess the extent of the problem and to undertake the necessary rectification work.
A complete rebuild was required. Ellis Building used steelwork hangers for support whilst replacing the cracked brickwork.
This technically demanding project was completed on time, to budget and to the satisfaction of the client.

The Broadland View, Brewers Fayre, Norwich – Installation of External decking
Description
This busy Brewers Fayre pub and restaurant required a “facelift” for their outdoor area in response to the anticipated increase in demand from customers wishing to smoke and comply with the new smoking legislation introduced in July.
An area 170m2 was completely overhauled with Agreedeck no slip decking.
Given the nature of the business the project had to be completed within a tight timeframe and with the minimum of disruption to the ongoing trade.
Ellis Building was chosen for their ability to deliver a quality job to agreed deadlines, the client was not disappointed.
